Kellie Martin, an American actor and actress on television and film. She is most well-known for her performances as Christy Huddleston on the historical drama series "Christy', Rebecca Thatcher in the Family drama 'Life Goes on The Life Goes On', and Lucy Knight in the medical drama series 'ER'. She is also well-known as the lead in"The Hailey Dean Mystery television series. Martin was the daughter of a department store buyer and kindergarten teacher, started her career as an actress at age seven, when her aunt who worked as a nanny to Michael Landon's children assisted Martin land a role in 1982 series "Father Murphy". After graduating from Yale University she began to become serious about acting and landed roles on the small and large screen.
